GR Ljubljana at Associations World Congress 2026 in the Algarve

Our colleague Maja Zupan joined other Slovenian meetings industry representatives at Associations World Congress 2026, one of Europe’s leading events for association leaders, congress organisers and international event professionals.

Hosted this year in the Algarve, Portugal, the congress brought together representatives of international associations, destinations, convention centres and event organisers from around the world. The programme focused on the future of associations, the development of international congresses, attendee expectations and the changing role of destinations and venues within the meetings industry.
